What is counselling?
Counselling offers a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for you to talk about anything in your life.
These include things of the past or any problems you may currently be experiencing.
How long does it take?
There are those who want short term therapy ranging from around 6-12 sessions and there are others who prefer long term therapy where some have had sessions for over a year.
The length of therapy can vary between each individual as everyone has their own personal experiences and goals.
