My approach

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I am not limited to one approach and instead use multiple approaches which depends on what I think works best for you and your situation.

The main three approaches that I use are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, and Person Centred Approach.

I have trained under and I’m a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means I work within their guidelines of ethical practice to ensure that choices made are for your benefit only.
