Through mental health workshops for teenagers, they learn: practical skills, emotional support, and lasting confidence, so teenagers can handle stress, understand themselves, and feel heard.
Many teenagers carry more than they let on. These workshops give them a safe, judgement-free space to open up, share honestly, and realise they're not the only one feeling the way they do.
Young people learn simple, practical tools to handle stress, anxiety, and the everyday pressures of school and growing up — techniques they can actually use when things feel overwhelming.
Through group discussion and reflection, teenagers start to recognise their feelings and triggers, and learn healthier ways to respond rather than bottling things up or reacting in the moment.
As they share, reflect, and connect with others their age, teenagers build the social and emotional confidence to express themselves and trust their own judgement.
The skills don't stop when the workshop ends. Teenagers leave with coping strategies and a reflection pack they can keep using at home and school, long after the sessions finish.

I started counselling as I was struggling with things in my life but I now feel so much more at peace. I am continuing with Ryan and do not plan to stop any time soon as it gives me a place to reflect over my week where I can vent, rant or cry as well as a place to make sure I am staying on top of things!

Due to being older than Ryan, I was not sure if it would work, however I could not have been more wrong! He has helped me through some really tough times and I have come out of the other side of it stronger. The person I was when I first started counselling and the person I am now are very different. Thank you Ryan!

I have had 4 therapists previously and was slowly giving up on therapy before I started with Ryan. He has helped my depression and anxiety so much and I now feel like I am able to be the best version of myself. The journey has been hard but I am so glad I stuck through it. I came with a variety of different issues, some of which I wasn’t even aware of, and everything was discussed in detail which helped so much. Thank you for everything!
